Classified ads is an easy way of using online classifieds. The site brings together lots of listings from hundreds of local and national sources and helps you find whatever you're looking for. You can search any category that you want, anything you need is there. Since there are so many classifieds, you can browse by category such as Cars & Trucks, Antiques & Collectibles, Computers & Electronics, Jobs & Employment, Home & Office Furniture, Personals, Pets & Supplies, and Sports & Fitness, among many others. There is a section where you can find some classifieds displayed and ordered by category, city, and price.

Website Central Theme

Your website should be based on a specific theme. This is where brainstorming comes into play. You need to spend ample time determining what the theme of your site should be. Generate a list of all your skills, capabilities and areas of interest as you would in developing a niche market.

Select one or more of the niches and identify a keyword phrase to be the central theme of your web site. Google uses proprietary algorithms to determine the content on each page of your web site with an AdSense box. It will identify the AdWords ads that are contextually relevant to
your website visitors based on the content of your site. The identified AdWords ads are then displayed in your AdSense box.

The ads on your site are the same ads that appear on the right side of a Google search results page for a specific keyword.

Contextual advertising is the process of displaying ads on a web site that are targeted to the individuals visiting the specific web site. The Google contextual advertising system
scans the content text on your web site for keywords on each web page with the AdSense box. Google will display ads on each web page based on what it believes is the keyword theme
for that specific page.

For example, if Google determines that the theme of a specific web site is about "fishing" then fishing-related AdWords ads will be displayed in the AdSense box. The ads about fishing
are an approximate fit to the context or subject of the web page as determined by Google.

Google describes AdSense as "a fast and easy way for web site
publishers of all sizes to display relevant Google ads on
their web site's content pages and earn money." The AdSense
ads displayed by Google on your site are matched to Google's
interpretation of the content theme of your site. In this
manner, the AdSense ads will be of interest to your site
visitors looking for the unique content your site offers to
them.

You need to consider implementing AdSense on your site if
you want to make money from advertising. Google has made it
relatively easy and clear to monetize your website through
the use of AdSense. The steps involved in the process are:

200 to 600 words. The articles should be informative and rich

improve.

AdWords ads are the source of all the AdSense income you are
able to generate. As a result, you need to fully understand
the AdWords system in order to appreciate how the AdSense
system works.

Google describes AdWords as "a quick and simple way to
purchase highly targeted cost-per-click (CPC) advertising,
regardless of your budget." These paid ads (sponsored links)
are displayed by Google on the search engine results page
along with the non-paid (natural results) for a given keyword
search.

In order to create a Google AdWords ad, it is necessary to
specify what keyword or keyword phrase must be input by the
visitor before your AdWords ad will be displayed. In addition,
you need to set the maximum amount that you will pay to Google
for each click on your AdWord.

There is a nominal activation fee but Google does not have a
minimum monthly charge. Google provides an account Control
Center that allows you to track the performance of your ad.

title can contain up to 25 characters, the ad text can have
up to 70 characters and the display URL must be less than 36

Putting your ads in the correct position on a page, will be something that can make or break your Adsense campaign. It can make the difference between making a lot of money and making very little at all.


There are many people who are making just $10 or $20 a month with Adsense even though they are getting 100s of visitors to their site every single day. The advertisers only need to deal with google, only pay to google, while the publishers do not need to find people to advertise on their website, they simply just need to put Google Adsense code in their website.

In order to send quality traffic to the advertisers websites, the ads should be related to the topic of the websites. Google use a very smart system that scan keywords through the pages of the publishers websites, and then decide which ads should show , depending on the keywords found. For example, the site www.needed-info.com/quit-smoking/ that have articles about how to quit smoking, will show ads that are related to the term 'quit smoking'. The website owner will then earn some money when visitor click on any of the Google Adsense links.

Using Google AdWords to Increase your Adsense Profits

I had been using Google's Adsense program to generate some revenue from my various web sites. Prior to Adsense, I was never previously paid to run these and did so for a hobby. Overall I was pleased with the income I was generating. The only drawback was that I was always looking for ways to get people to my sites. I enjoyed working to bring in more visitors but felt that if I looked at my earnings vs. the hours I worked, the economics weren't making sense.

Then I figured out that certain sites were paying way more than the minimum .05 cents per click. I reasoned that if I could get pay visitors .05 - .10 to visit. Then if they clicked enough ads that paid much more than I paid, then Adwords could be a viable way to increase traffic to my sites.

So I paid my $5.00 setup fee and added my two most profitable sites. That same day my traffic jumped dramatically and as I thought. Visitors who came in via Adwords were more likely to click other Google ads on my site. My conversions went up and I thought why not put all my sites on Adwords.

This was where some careful research was needed. I found that some sites I run had adwords sponsors who were only bidding the minimum. Remember the concept was to under bid the advertisers on my sites. While my traffic skyrocketed, my expenses for a few sites seemed to outweigh any benefit. When my reports came in it was clear that I needed to use Adwords for only the sites that featured high bidding advertisers. This creates margin for those visitors who come in via paid ads but do not click to my own sponsored ads.

The exception would be if my site was offering a product or service. Then it would be well worth sticking with Adwords on those sites just to get more buying traffic. Because my sites are purely informational I had to watch carefully to ensure I was putting money into Adwords where it was working for me. In some cases I upped my bid on some keywords that were clearly bringing in steady traffic that converted well.

Google's new offering called Websense may change this a bit. By allowing you to put Google's search form on your site and then paying if your visitors search off your site and click other sponsored links it may make those underperforming sites profitable again. Time and further research will tell.

The moral of the story is that Adwords is a great way to dramatically increase your profits when using Adsense. Care needs to be taken to see that you are putting your money where it is most effective.

Top Paying Keywords: How to Increase Your Pay Per Click Returns

There is no doubting the success of Google's Adsense program. Even Yahoo! and Kanoodle have joined in on the game, offering to join publishers with advertisers. Given the right circumstances, its a win / win situation for both.

There have been many sites that promote Top Paying Keywords and how if you add these keywords you can instantly improve your Adsense revenue. However, if you really want to see a dramatic increase in pay per clicks, you need to ensure 2 very important areas are addressed. They seem very obvious, but many site owners miss the opportunity to attract higher paying ads simply because they ignore these two areas.

Optimization

Many "would be" web designers decide to build a site around the highest paying keywords, yet, forget to optimize their site around a specific keyword. Instead, they forget the basics of how to properly create a title tag, page description, keyword density and having clean search engine spider friendly code.
Remember, its the source code that the Adsense and Kanoodle programs are using to decide what ads will appear. If your top 2 keywords are "insurance" and "downloads", you may find that you end up with ads regarding "insurance downloads" which of course will not pay much.

Also, having a high keyword density score for the keyword can get you into trouble with the search engines (specifically Google). Keywords spamming is never a good idea.
Optimize your page and you will search more hits to that page and not confuse the bots that create the ads for you.

Content

This is by far the most important and most missed tips. If you are going to include top paying keywords on your site, remember, if you want to attract high paying ads, you need to be selling your visitor on what your advertiser wants. Your content should sell to the visitors needs. Why should your visitor consider car insurance? What are the benefits of car insurance? Where can they get the best quotes? If you pique the interest of your visitor, they are more likely to click on your ads than if they feel that they are not getting the information they came to your site for in the first place.

Your content should have a specific flow to it. If you start jamming keywords into your content, your visitor will automatically suspect that you are trying to deceive them. Once you do that, they are gone! Why waste your visitors time after working so hard to get them to your site in the first place?
Well optimized, focused content will always produce better, higher paying ads. That is why you are a publisher: you want those high paying ads on your site. What use though are those high paying keywords if your content doesn't pique your visitors curiosity? Be passionate about your content, and the click through rates will skyrocket!
